If you are not absolutely satisfied with the products you have got, you can return them to us within 14 days of delivery, assuming that they are in the original resaleable state. When returned, you will receive an exchange or refund. 
Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process. We are not able to claim products that are not in the original state.
